2.5 cups vanilla wafers ground
1 cup pecans ground
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
0.5 cup rum (light or dark depending on taste)
0.5 cup white corn syrup
Place the wafers in a food processor and grind until fine. (You may have to do this in halves or fourths, depending upon the size of the food processor.) Place in a bowl. Add the pecans into the food processor and grind until fine.
Add the ground pecans and other ingredients and mix well. Form into balls,
roll in additional powdered sugar, and refrigerate.
Makes 45 to 50 balls.
