She also sent the following description for the data: "The tumors are updating every ten minutes. Each file contains the T cells first (he first 3,760 rows) and then the cancer cells. If the row of a T cell is populated with nan, then it is a nonexistent T cell. I colored the T cells according to their exhaustion score, so the rgb columns should be changing with time. The cancer cells are not moving so their positions are the same in each .txt file as well as their color. Note that the positions are in dimensions of microns, as are the radii (last columns)." Since everything is in microns, we may need to rescale so the units make sense in the visualization. We are particularly interested in looking at the spatial infiltration patterns of the T cells in the "hot" vs. the "cold" tumor versions of this simulation. Please let me know if you need any additional information. I really hope we are able to get this to work!
